Freedom Family Investments is paid only after investors are paid.
Our compensation primarily comes from our share of investment returns. We may also receive standard, market-level fees such as acquisition and asset management fees.
We raise capital through Regulation D 506(b) and 506(c) offerings. We are not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and not a marketing firm.
4. Does Freedom Family Investments invest its own money?
Yes.
FFI invests alongside our investors by contributing a meaningful portion of the required equity. Our interests are aligned because we participate in the same deals.

We follow an institutional-quality due diligence process.
This includes internal analysis and third-party reports. We prioritize clarity, discipline, and transparency before moving forward with any investment.

Each property is owned through a separate Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
This structure helps keep each investment focused, organized, and clearly defined for investors.

No.
FFI is the investment sponsor. These are our own deals that we structure, manage, and oversee.
